How to use M365

With Word, you can write term papers, meeting minutes, reports, or other written assignments. You can structure documents clearly, use comments, and edit texts both on your own and collaboratively with others in real time or asynchronously.

With PowerPoint, you can create talks, group presentations, or poster presentations. You can present content visually, edit slides collaboratively in real time or asynchronously, and prepare presentations for classes or group projects.

With Excel, you can collect, sort, calculate, and clearly present data. This is helpful when you want to evaluate measurement results, organize lists, or create simple analyses for academic projects—whether working alone, simultaneously, or collaboratively in real time or asynchronously.

The ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï provides for PowerPoint and Word (Uni network or VPN required).

With OneDrive, you can store your files online and access them from various devices. You can share documents with others, collaboratively work on them, and keep important files accessible even when you're on the go.

With Microsoft Teams, you can organize collaboration within study groups or project teams. You can chat, share files, hold meetings, and edit content together in real time.

With OneNote, you can keep lecture notes, ideas, research, and to-do lists all in one place. This allows you to collect, organize, and continuously add to content from various courses. You can create and structure separate notebooks for lectures, meetings, or projects. OneNote also supports collaborative work.

With Outlook, you can manage your emails while keeping track of your schedule. You can send and receive messages, schedule meetings, and keep your daily academic life organized with calendar and reminder features.
