The modular continuing education program Extended Intelligence is designed for graduates of all disciplines who want to significantly expand their skills in data science, machine learning and statistics.
The Diploma of Advanced Studies (DAS) in Extended Intelligence (XI) comprises the program of the two CAS courses Applied Data Science (CAS ADS) and Advanced Machine Learning (CAS AML). In addition one module and one thesis needs to be completed. Participants learn a wide range of extended intelligence methods and models and apply the acquired skills to a problem from their own practice.

Allgemeines zum Studiengang
The DAS Extended lntelligence is a university study program leading to a "Diploma of Advanced Studies in Extended lntelligence" awarded by the ºÚÁÏ³Ô¹Ï (DAS Xl Unibe). ln addition to the learning objectives of the CAS programs in Applied
Data Science (CAS ADS) and Advanced Machine Learning (CAS AML), the participants are within their DAS thesis work able to independently design, carry out and communicate an Extended lntelligence project with current Machine Learning methods on a publication-ready level. The program comprises at least 38 ECTS credits. lt consists of the CAS ADS course (16 ECTS), the CAS AML course (16 ECTS), a DAS module (2 ECTS) and a DAS thesis (4 ECTS).
